How to Resize Images in your Page Content

Here, we'll show you how to resize an image.  You have two options:

First, BEFORE you upload your image, you can use this Free Online Picture Resizer to resize your image.  You can also resize your image directly within IconoSites. If you would like to do this, follow the tutorial below.

1.  Select your image.

2.  Press the Add/Edit Image button.

3.  Click on the Appearance tab.

4.  In the Dimensions section, we suggest that you type in "300" into the 1st box, which will reset the width of your image to 300px.  This will give you an idea of how large your image will appear on your page.  Then, if you want the image larger, you can come back and increase this number (i.e. 400).  Likewise if you want it smaller, you can decrease it (i.e. 200).  You can play with this number until you get it just how you want it.  Note:  Be sure to keep the 2nd box empty -- because when you change the width, your height will automatically adjust in exact proportion so that the quality of your image is maintained.  Please also make sure that the "constrain proportions" box is always checked.

5.  Lastly, click Update.  If you like what you see, don't forget to Save the page.
