I didn't receive the email to reset my password

More than likely, the email went to your JUNK/SPAM folder.  Please check there, and you should find it.

GMAIL USERS:  If you are using a GMAIL email address, you actually have both a SPAM and a JUNK folder (they are two different folders).  If you don't see both folders, be sure to click the MORE link, which will cause the folder list to expand so that you can see all the available folders.
